Our Core Values

At Grace Baptist Church, our core values are deeply rooted in our faith and guide everything we do:

  • Biblical Authority: We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God, the ultimate authority for our faith and practice.
  • Worship: We are passionate about worshiping God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
  • Discipleship: We strive to grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ through intentional discipleship, studying the Bible, prayer, and fellowship.
  • Community: We value authentic relationships and are committed to fostering a strong sense of community within our church family.
  • Service: We believe in serving others as an expression of our love for God and for the people around us.
  • Mission: We are dedicated to sharing the love and message of Jesus Christ in our local community and beyond.

Our Statement of Faith

As a Baptist church, our beliefs are based on the Baptist Faith and Message. We affirm the following:

  1. God: We believe in one God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
  2. Scripture: We believe that the Bible is God's written revelation to humanity, without error and fully trustworthy.
  3. Salvation: We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith in Jesus Christ, and not by our own works.
  4. Jesus Christ: We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again from the dead.
  5. Holy Spirit: We believe in the indwelling presence and work of the Holy Spirit, empowering believers for life and ministry.
  6. Church: We believe that the church is the body of Christ, consisting of all believers, and that baptism and the Lord's Supper are the two ordinances given to the church.
  7. Last Things: We believe in the personal and visible return of Jesus Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and the final judgment.

Our Teachings
